So many people moan “oh my sore back”! So often this pain can be prevented, here we look at some basic tip’s on how back pain can be prevented or alleviated.

Ice also alleviates certain types of chronic back pain, especially for individuals with irritation of the nerve root. Most therapists who suggest using ice will advise you to apply it right away after you’ve strained a muscle on your back.

Your arm has a ball of bone on the end which sits inside a cartilage socket. The four muscles of the rotator cuff move the shoulder but also help hold the joint together.
